Ghostly Mists at Hollins Cross
-
A chilly morning with a heavy inversion leaves the ridge above Castleton poking from the mists like islands in a white sea. As the sun comes up, the surface of the inversion starts to lift and thin making the sunlight ghostly and ethereal. Not a soul about. Along the ridge you can see Back Tor and Lose Hill.
A stunning print of one of the most famous views in Derbyshire.
